Frank (Johnny) Arsenault, 56, of Pré-d'en-Haut, died Tuesday (30 janvier) at The Moncton Hospital after a brief illness.
Born at Adamsville, he was a son of the late Cyr and Délima (Arsenault) Arsenault.
He had been employed with CFB Moncton until retirement, and attended Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d’en-Haut. He was a member of Pré-d'en-Haut Golden Age Club, Memramcook Branch 89, Royal Canadian Legion, and a veteran of the Korean War. His wife, the former Florine Gautreau, died in 1988.
He is survived by three daughters, Joanne and Dianne, both of Moncton, and Linda of Pré-d'en-Haut; a son, Leslie of Fox Creek; two brothers, Roger of Moncton and Edmond of Adamsville; two grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. Funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday at 7 p.m. at Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
